Changing Post Date, as Last Updated Date…

Hi,

I'd like to change how the date is displayed under each post.

Instead of having the "published date", I'd like to change it with the "last updated" date. Do you know how to do it?

I use Simple Edit and the code line now is:
[post_date] By [post_author_posts_link] [post_comments] [post_edit]

But I haven't found if there is a shortcode just for something I need, sort of :

Last Updated [last_updated_post_date]By [post_author_posts_link] [post_comments] [post_edit]

Is there anything like that or do you know exactly where should I change the code and with what? I'm not an expert though.

The first plugin is old 2 years. The second might be good though.

For the record, I just add Jennifer's suggestion that I'm using now: http://wordpress.org/plugins/last-updated-shortcode/
