    I need to change the link color in the Optimal theme (the resting, non-hover color) for all the links on the site. Right now, they're all the same grey as the body text and, therefore, don't stand out.

    I've seen a number of other posts asking about the same thing, but the Optimal code looks different from any examples that have been posted, so I can't find it. The site is http://pactpath.org/

    Look in your stylesheet for this:

    .optimal-silver a {
    color: #767777;
    }

    Oh, thank you! One more question: it appears that some of the links have underlines and some don't. How do I make them all consistent? (I'd like underlines on all of them)

    Change this:

    a {
    color: #4c5e6b;
    font-weight: 700;
    text-decoration: none;
    }

    To this:

    a {
    color: #4c5e6b;
    font-weight: 700;
    text-decoration: underline;
    }
