Changing Font Color In Menu

I changed the Navigation header color from Black to White. The Font in the Menu is currently white. How do I change the font to black? The Hover color is fine...

Update this section:

That worked for the Title, but what about the Menu links?

And, if you don't want to change all those parts, you'll need to break out the menu specifically...

I'm not sure I follow. When I look at this in Firebug it shows .genesis-nav-menu. In the original Parallax Pro Demo, the Navigation Menu font at the top is white. I'm changing to black.

Do you have the default color scheme on your site? When I look on your site in Chrome Developer tools, I am seeing that you have one of the other color schemes; when I change that particular code (which I displayed above), the menu color changes from white to the color selected (screenshot here) - I just changed it to red (#FF0000) to confirm:
