    Hi, I would like to turn the widget title "Belangrijk bericht" into
    #3a63aa instead of red.

    Next to this I would also like the red border on
    top of the first picture to be #3a63aa instead of red. Can you please help

    For the widget title, look in style.css around line 790 for .author-box-title, .archive-title, .page-title, .widget-title. You can change the color there.

    The border is in .after-header at line 1133 in style.css
