Hi I would like to change the position of the logo on altitude pro to centre it between the menu items.

I have been playing around with the css and slowly getting somewhere.

I have encountered a few problems along the way... things which I can usually fix easily but the css file doesn't seem to be updating. I wanted to change the button color which is (usually) easy but it won't update and I can't seem to find the code to make the front page text and buttons align to the right. can anyone help?

Also the menu items aren't centered and I followed the instructions on this blog: http://www.alphablossom.com/split-genesis-navigation-menu-center-logo-css-only/

Any help is much appreciated, I can't take the splash page down at the moment but here's a screen shot. Many thanks

It is difficult to check CSS without live website.

However, if CSS method is not working for you - try a different split menu method used in the modern studio theme - http://demo.studiopress.com/modern-studio/

Try to replicate code used in that theme.

    Thank you Davinder,

Which part of the css code should I be looking to replicate for this site? Would it be sufficient to copy the code for the header site title and also the menu nav css code... it looks great and I'd be happy to replicate it

    Thanks,

    Carol

I haven't explored that theme in detail. However, I understand that theme registers two menu areas: left and right side of the header. These menus are merged automatically when site is viewed in mobile view. Check the functions.php file for the relevant code. This involves php stuff besides css for styling.
