Change font in sidebar custom-menu?

Hi,

I'd like to change the fonts (whatever - size, or transform, or color...) but just in custom menu I use in widgets using Simple Sidebars.

For example - default a { color: #fff; } uses font color for all the widgets, and if I change it, it changes the font color everywhere.

If I use widget_nav_menu I change the font in all the widget_nav_menus (including those founded in footer, but I don't want so). I want to change just those used in specific sidebar - would you please help me with those?

When you add your custom menu to the sidebar, it will give that custom menu a "class of it's own". You can use Firebug for Firefox or look to see if your browser has a developer tool to locate that menu class. If you provide a link to your site and add your menu, I can help you locate it.

As for a "class of it's own", the code for that part I'm mentioning seems like:
<section id="nav_menu-4" class="widget widget_nav_menu">

So, I suppose I should put in my style.css sth like:

#nav_menu-4 {
color: #000; }


to change the font color to black, etc. ?

Sorry for not providing a link, but I'm preparing a site offline so it's on my localhost...

It wasn't the 1st ID, nor the 2nd one, but exact div ID where starts the ul

Yes, for finding the correct ID... You've made just a tiny confusion with "class" and that's what I was looking for at the first glance, and then I've tried with an ID and that was correct 😉

...just to make a point - at the end it is a class but the path is somehow long for us - the beginners...
