Sometimes in Firefox (not in any other browser) the home page of the site of the company I'm working for looks way off. It's in the 'Home 1' section, top front and center -- the height is somehow automatically set to be over 100,000px in height. I've created a CSS rule to force it to have a max height of 800px, so that's my fix, although it's a band aid of a fix. My boss isn't happy about this crazy problem that Centric has sometimes (I have no idea what conditions cause this to happen) and he wants me to investigate the source of this problem, does not want 'band aid' solutions. This could take me forever to figure out though, when I should be working on other tasks.
In Firefox I've inspected the Home 1 section where this crazy height problem is happening and Firebug tells me that it's an inline style that changes between around 100,000px - around 200,000 px, depending on

Any ideas? Has anyone else had this problem before?

You got jQuery errors and broken HTML. Either of these can be the cause of the page not rendering properly.
