    Can some one guide me in the right direction so I can make the color of the shrinking header transparent please.

    Find this in your stylesheet:

    .site-header.shrink .wrap {
    background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.1);
    min-height: 60px;
    padding: 0 40px;
    }

    and change it to this:

    .site-header.shrink .wrap {
    background: transparent;
    min-height: 60px;
    padding: 0 40px;
    }

    I'm not sure that will have the intended effect since the header becomes very hard to read depending on which background is behind it, but hopefully that helps.

    I'm trying to do the same thing and this didn't work for me. Any other suggestions?
