On this page: http://my.studiopress.com/setup/centric-pro-theme/#step-4
It tells me: The default navigation areas can be set by navigating to Appearance > Menus > Manage Locations.
But when I go to Appearance>Menus, there is no "Manage Locations" displaying. So how do i recreate the Centric theme demo?
