    Hi,
    I would like to replace the arrow button on the homepage with a text button. Any ideas?
    Thank you,
    Tom

    Hi Tom,

    The arrow in "Home 1" is declared in the home.js file, line 8.
    $(".home-featured .home-widgets-1 .widget:last-child").after('<p class="arrow"><a href="#home-widgets"></a></p>');

    You could simply comment-out this line, then adjust the CSS for the widget area as required.

    An alternative is to hide the arrow with CSS:

    .home-widgets-1 .arrow {
      display: none;
    }

    In either case you would continue by creating a typical button in the content you place in Home 1.

    You can also restyle the arrow, with CSS to make it into a button:

    .home-widgets-1 .arrow a:before {
        -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased;
        color: #000;
        content: "Click " "\f120" " Me";
        font: normal 40px/1 'dashicons';
        height: 40px;
        width: 40px;
    }

    .home-widgets-1 .arrow a {
        background: #fff;
        border-radius: 3px;
        border: 3px solid #000;
        display: inline-block;
        padding: 13px 10px 15px;
        text-align: center;
        line-height: 1.5;
    }

    I also added another option to the post which enables you to add a arrow icon ( Dashicon or SVG) to the button otherwise you can just use the button.
