    I have a website using the Executive Pro Theme here:

    How do I center my menu items like this?

    You can add in style.css 

    #menu-menu-new {
text-align: center;
}

    I added this to the Style Sheet, yet it is still the same.

    Did I do something incorrectly?

    Yes you will need to paste it at the very bottom outside of the last curly brace, at the moment its pasted inside a media query.
