I am using the FoodiePro theme and have two navigation menus.

Here is my link:

I want to put one of those menus on the top above my header/logo. Can this be easily done?

Foodie Pro is not a Studio Press theme. It is a 3rd-party community marketplace theme. Community marketplace developers support their themes directly. As the creators, they will be most familiar with the theme and be able to provide you with the best support.
