    Hi first post here and new to all of this.

    I have installed agency pro and installed the theme as in the demo except for some small adjustments.

    Just wondering if i can order and set the featured posts so that they don't change over time or even get them in the right order to start with?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    You could create a separate category called Featured, put those posts into the category, and display only the Featured category via the Featured Posts widget. They'll order according to the date published (newest first) so you could always go in and edit the published date to get them in the order you want.
