Hi, I´m looking for help! and I though of you guys!!

I need a plugin to let users download files depending on their inpunt on a form;

Example;
I want people to download the right template file so they can print and have their kids draw a cool design on a shirt

I want to have several options and have the parent choose one and once the option is chosen display the right template in a from o something of the sort that I can put on a widget area.

here they have you choose the dress size template so parents can download the right template for their kids to draw and have their dress made.

I Have most of the functionality I need but being the non expert codear that I am i cant figure out this and I cant seem to find a plugin that does this or cant seem to google for the life of me hehehe. I even have chosen the STUDIOPRESS TEMPLATE i´m going to use.

I use WPForms Pro with the Conditional Logic addon (part of the package, but you add it as another plugin), works great. Plus videos on how to use it at their site.
