Looking for a full screen genesis child screen with one column that accepts widgets on the home page plus a side bar?

By definition, when you add a sidebar, it's not full screen. Any theme can be stretched across the full width of the screen by adjusting the CSS. Find a theme you like, then ask how to change the width specific to that theme. If you select a Studio Press theme, we can help you here. If you select a community marketplace theme (not developed by Studio Press), support is provided by the theme developers.
