Call to action – change h2 to h3

I would need to change the heading h2 in the call to action block to heading h3. Can someone point me in the right direction how to go about this please?

Hi Anita,

I just started a new website and develop locally, so can't send you a link. I use the Sample Theme and Atomic/Genesis Blocks. One of the blocks is 'call to action' and you can see it as an example here.

What I need is the heading h2 to be a h3. Any help would be much appreciated.

You would need to view the block in the Code Editor, change the H2 to H3. However, when doing so - you lose the styling on the post when editing, i.e., the background shading disappears, etc. But once you save it and view the source, you will see H3 on the front end but it keeps the styling as well.

Hi Anita,

I had done that already, but the problem is that the website will be edited by my client and they have no knowledge of HTML. So, this is not an option. I was hoping to fin a filter I can add in function.php to replace the heading. I had a good look, but I can not locate the code which is responsible for the heading in the call to action block. Any idea?

I would say since Atomic Blocks is being replaced with Genesis Blocks that you post on the plugin support page. You are asking to modify the behavior of a plugin and not a theme.
