    How I can change the Call to Action background with a picture? I'm using executive pro theme.

    Line 1298 in your style.css file, try something like this:

    .executive-pro-home .home-cta {
    	background-image: url('images/image.png');
    	color: #ddd;
    	float: left;
    	padding: 60px;
    	width: 100%
    }

    Thank you for the help! i'm a beginner into the css language, so i don't know how to find lines into the code,
    i this the only way to customize a theme for real?
    Maybe i'll start some studies about css...hehe

    Yes.

    You will need to put in some time to learn how to use a browser inspector and a code editor like Notepad++ for Windows or Text Wrangler for Mac.
