Hello,
I am attempting to turn off the "Parallax" type effect on café pro. I understand that it is not actually parallax due to the lack of variable scrolling. I can not figure out how to just make it a static image at the top of my page with simple scrolling.

Bonus points if there is a way to make the image not full width so that it has the page background behind it.
