Hi -

I am adding additional websites to the one I already have. Do I have to purchase the Genesis Framework again, once for each additional website I will be building? So, it would be Genesis cost + child theme cost for each additional website?

No, you don't have to repurchase for each new site. Once you purchase Genesis and any child theme, you are free to use them on as many sites as you wish, without limitation.
