    After updating Genesis to one of the more recent versions (currently on 2.1.2), <br> tags in titles are not parsing properly when using the Featured Posts Widget. They are output literally as <br /> in the title.

    It doesn't affect archives, single posts and pages ie. titles break where they should.

    I've searched the forum without finding an answer to this specific issue, so apologies if I'm repeating a topic.

    I eventually "solved" it by downgrading to Genesis 2.0.2 - not ideal, but not a disaster either.
