I can't seem to figure out the CSS I should be using to create a border around the .front-page-2 section of Altitude Pro theme to look like this:

Hi,

looks like you have to override/change the padding from .flexible-widgets with
.front-page-2 .flexible-widgets
and then add the border around the blackstudio widget.
Either use #black-studio-tinymce-3 or, if you don't want to use the id,
use something like .front-page-2 .widget_black_studio_tinymce.
