    Hi:

I am working on a site for client, and we want the same page title (that shows at the top of each page) to show at the top of her blog page because she has a special name for her "posts" page. I have looked all over to find how to do this, but nothing appears to work. Is there an easy way to show the "page entry title" for the blog page of the Media Pro theme?

I have tried using the "blog" page template, as well as setting the WordPress Reading setting to have this page be the "blog post" page - none of those work. I tried to create a new blog template, but I can not come up with the right code to make sure the entry title shows - as well as the posts. I can show the posts, but nothing I have tried will show the actual page title at the top, below the navigation. The title of her blog happens to be "Excellence Rising Blog", and we want to see this right below the navigation like you see on other internal pages. The site is under development - so I hope I have explained what I am looking for - I can't post an actual link here on the public forum. 🙂

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

    Hi,

I've never heard of a Media Pro Theme.
Can you provide a link to it, please?

That´s not the only thing I´m confused about.
Are you using blog to mean the website or are you using blog to mean the blog post archive?
i.e. What´s the difference between blog and "posts page" (with a special title)

What title do you want to show?
    The website title (site-title)
    A Page title (entry-title)

If you are unwilling to share the URL, a screenshot of what you want to do would be helpful.
