Hello,
It seems that creating a blog page on Infinity Pro is not that straightforward. I'm only able to create a blog page with each post as full text, as shown in the Demo page of Infinity Pro with category Journal. Does anyone know how to create a blog page with featured image and some text (around 250 characters, instead of full blog content) of multiple blog posts (let's say 6 blog posts) on the blog page?

Try the Customize > Content Archive > settings.
