Balance Theme – How to create posts for the portfolio,

Hello everyone, this may be a dump question, but I am stuck on how to "You will need to create posts for the portfolio, "
I have created a few post with equal size images as suggested in some posts, I have added those posts to a category I created called Portfolio.

Question how do I attach those posts/category to the Portfolio page.

Thank you, I have update the nav menu, however the page http://www.valokafor.com/portfolio/ is not showing anything, and I have six posts that are assigned to a category names portfolio. I am wondering how I can make these to show in the portfolio page.

Thank you again, that is acutely where I am stuck, but I just realized that my portfolio pages were in draft status, I have updated it and it works.
