I managed to successfully add an 8th full-width image widget to the bottom (basically a copy of front-page-7) of my Altitude pro front page.

Everything is working as expected, except that now my front-page-7 and front-page-8 backgrounds are not covering. They are repeating in all directions. The others are fine.

The files I had to edit to get the new widget area and front-page-featured section were
    style.css
    front-page.php
    functions.php
    lib/output.php
    lib/customize.php

Can anyone tell me what I'm missing? I put the link to my test site in the URL box.

    Thanks in advance!

Never mind -- I found a missing comma in my css. Now it's working!

Soooo incredibly stoked to have figured this out!

Now the only thing left to do is figure out how to make more front-page style pages.

What class did you use for the new section? Please post the code for front-page.php section 8 widget area.

I took a look and it looks ok to me.

I did work this out some time ago myself but added a solid and image section and used the same classes. Not sure adding 2 image sections together will work.

Thanks so much, for checking but I already found the problem. (I forgot to mark this "resolved," sorry!!!!!)

I had an extra comma in the css that was messing things up. It's working perfect now!

    I just named the class .front-page-8 .

Tomorrow I will be making more of these. I like that once you learn a principle, you can go on and use it to make more stuff. 🙂
