Anyone seen this? I have a genesis theme with child theme and I've tried this on two different child themes with the same result. The lightbox hover form has a big blank strip of space across the middle. The form is all there but not sure why it has this unwanted space.
If you click on my URL http://www.livewithmenopause.org the opt-in form should pop up after about a second. Please let me know if you have trouble viewing it.
Thanks and Happy New Year!
The HTML in that form is a mess. You have a font size of 14px for the entire form, but then you have text wrapped in elements with a font set for 12px which are in turn wrapped in empty spans with the font size set to 36px. The code is very confusing. Even though you have a screen height for the form set to 1397px in CSS (which will exceed the length of most screens), the form does not display in its full height and gets cut off at the first bullet point. Where did you get that code? It needs to be rewritten with proper HTML before we can even begin to help debug it.
Thanks Victor. i got the form as a template from Aweber. I first contacted them and they thought the problem came from the theme. I contacted the theme support and they had no trouble with other hover opt-ins and thought it was the form. So I got stuck between the two. I think I'll just try another template and see what happens.
