    Hi, I was wondering if anyone has more success than me in changing avatar size on user profiles?

    I've tried both using the tips here:

    And also editing the segment below in functions.php

    //* Modify the size of the Gravatar in the author box
    add_filter( 'genesis_author_box_gravatar_size', 'magazine_author_box_gravatar' );
    function magazine_author_box_gravatar( $size ) {

    return '140';

    }

    None of them are working, has anyone used another editing method that they might share?

    You should be returning an integer, not a string.
