I have just faced an issue on my site when trying to customise the theme.

Normally I just hit publish and the changes save, this time the button changes to schedule and even if you schedule it to go in 5 minutes I just get this warning when trying to do it again

    Your scheduled changes just published

If I wait an hour I can get back in, but still unable to make any changes.

The clocks went forward in the UK at the weekend, but I have other sites that are unaffected. Tried changing theme and disabling plugins.

    Anyone faced this issue before?

As an addition to this, if i make a new post - it says missed schedule, but posts it

So assume this is some kind of time sync issue?

Go to Settings and make sure the site's time zone is set properly. See if you can change it, then change it back to what it should be.

I have always had all my sites set to UTC, but I have a difference atm.

On the problem site (hosting company #1)

Time zone = UTC+0 - Current UTC time reported is one hour ahead of UTC ??

On a site I have on another hosting

Time zone = UTC+0 - Current UTC time reported is correct UTC time

My understanding is UTC is the same all over the world and is a single point of reference. If my site is reporting UTC as wrong then assume this is coming from the server

    Have contacted hosting for advise?

This I believe is a problem with 5.3.2 WordPress core and it's affecting UK users after the summer time change

Interestingly I have some sites with siteground and also running 5.3.2 but they don't have the problem, SG say they have their own WP patches to fix issues like this?

Fixed itself so assume something on my hosting UTC is now correct time - everything working fine

@rogerp thanks for the update. I did post this in the Genesis Slack to see if anyone else may know about it. Appreciate you coming back and letting us know!

NP I knew it wasn't a theme / plugin issue as it affected all sites I had on one hosting

    All ok now.

Scheduled posts and Customizer working fine
