I've moved my site to a new domain and need to redirect all URL's to it.

For example if you typed in http://www.olddomain.co.uk/contact - it would redirect you to http://www.newdomain.co.uk/contact

I would like it to do this for EVERY page EXCLUDING the index in the root of the domain.

I've tried the following buit it wont work:

    Options +FollowSymLinks
    RewriteEngine On
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^olddomain.co.uk$1 [OR]
    RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.olddomain.co.uk$
    RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !^index\.php$
    RewriteRule (.*)$ http://www.newdomain.co.uk/$1 [R=301,L]

    Can anyone help please?

If you are moving your site I would suggest you follow the Google's guidelines

Are you actually reading what I've asked for or are you just churning out generic replies???
