    I'm attempting to create a textbox overlay on an image on a few different sections of the site and am stuck.

    For simplicity and to be as clear as possible I created what I'm looking to do in Photoshop and uploaded the image at the bottom of this page:

    How It Works

    How would I recreate the image with text overlay similar with the transparent background?

    How would you adjust the position of the "textbox" over the image itself?

    Any help is greatly appreciated!
