Is it possible to use an Mjpeg video for a background image on the front page of the Altitude Pro theme?

I assume that background images can only be jpeg or png files, but is there any way to modify the theme to accept an Mjpeg file?

My client would like to use this video here: http://www.shutterstock.com/video/video.html?id=3504920
