I'm having problems finding the right code to insert featured image along side with page title to my page.php.

My current page looks like: http://my.studiopress.com/themes/altitude/#demo-full

I can't seems to find page.php for Altitude Pro theme.

Most StudioPress themes, Altitude Pro included, use the page.php included with the Genesis framework. If you want to change that and use your own template, you have to create a new template yourself. Carrie Dils has a good tutorial here: http://www.carriedils.com/custom-page-template-genesis/
