I would like to think that there would be a way to automatically place the property image above the copy within each listing as the website example shows? I hope I'm wrong about this. My client does not have time to become a WordPress developer in order to create every listing she sells.

The "website"? does not suggest that is automatic functionality. The free plugin uses manually entered listings, so if she wants a primary type photo she will have to upload it and place it above the copy. If she doesn't have time to do it herself, she can hire you. That can't be all bad.
