Agency's header not responsive

Hi!

I'm using the Agency theme, bu no matter what I try, the header image will not 'shrink' on a mobile device.

Can anyone help me out?

I tried the plugin 'genesisi responsive header' from Nick the Geek, but I do not see the extra menu....

Here is what I came up with in Chrome debugger;

	margin: 0 auto;
	min-height: 115px;
	overflow: hidden;
	/*verwijderd door WebEnFoto
	text-shadow: 1px 1px #000;
	*/
	width: 100%;
	background-size: contain !important; /* force scaling and prevent override  */
}
