I have been working on making the logo image centered in every responsive view; full-width, 960px and under 800px. I have turned the float: left to none, but I'm missing something in the # header?

Give this a try. I used 33% since it seemed to fit your logo. You may have to use px
because the % will get smaller as the screens get smaller.

.header-full-width #title-area,
.header-full-width #title,
.header-full-width #title a {

background: add your image here instead of #header
margin: 0 auto;
width: 33%;
