    I've unregistered both primary and secondary sidebars in my functions file using:

    //* Unregister primary sidebar
    unregister_sidebar( 'sidebar' );

    //* Unregister secondary sidebar
    unregister_sidebar( 'sidebar-alt' );

    But the texts/titles of the asides for both the primary and secondary sidebars (e.g. "Primary Sidebar Widget Area// This is the Primary Sidebar Widget Area. You can add content ..." are still showing up on any page that I create. Help!

    How do I remove that aside/title/text?

    What is your site/theme?

    UPDATE: Scrap that question ... I just noticed the tags ... and the title 🙂

    I had a quick look through the Agency Pro theme files but didn't find anything obvious.

    What is the page on your website that is giving you the problem?

    The blog page template specifically, the one that's default. It's so strange. Because in Firebug, I can see that there are these classes that I have no idea how to remove:

    <aside class="sidebar sidebar-primary widget-area" role="complementary" itemscope="itemscope
    itemtype="http://schema.org/WPSideBar"></aside>

    <aside class="sidebar sidebar-secondary widget-area" role="complementary" itemscope="itemscope
    itemtype="http://schema.org/WPSideBar"></aside>

    Here's a link to a screenshot of what I'm seeing:

    Really need to see your website at this point.

    It doesn't sound like an issue with your theme since - unless you added one in - Agency Pro doesn't have a custom blog template by default, i.e. it takes the blog template from the parent framework. That markup is coming from the genesis_attr_* stuff.

    Did you clear down any WP-related caching tools, e.g. W3 Total Cache?

    I didn't add custom blog template. But you know what's so weird. But I deleted the theme, then re-installed it and the error went away. *shrugs*

    Thanks anyway Erik!
