    For some reason, the primary nav menu will only display if both the primary and secondary boxes are checked. If I un-check either one, the menu disappears.

    The issue is since I need to have both primary and secondary menu boxes checked to display the primary nav menu, both show up on mobile devices.

    It looks like you've corrected whatever problem this was.

    Viewing on a mobile shows only one menu (primary nav).
