ParticipantWP 3.7.1

Agency-Pro 3.0.0Have set up the homepage following the demo instructions and the "RECENT ARTICLES" section of the homepage (that is underneath "OUR SERVICES") is at issue.
The hover state of RECENT ARTICLES's featured posts are shortened for one of the posts--the far right post. The first two are fine. I've selected 180 characters in featured posts widget. I've made sure to test the issue with posts (using post types order) of varying character length, with and without images below the post text, and the issue keeps repeating with varying heights of hover state. Image size in featured posts widget of 380x150 is selected--again, I've followed the theme's set up instructions to a "T," and am having this issue.
I've inspected padding and margin and can't figure if they are the cause of this issue. I did alter paddings and margins for the Services page posts that were brought in by query_args, would that have something to do with it? I did target those posts by #post-ID so there should be any conflict there.

MemberOn the far right post that you see the hover issue, look at the meta under the title. It's 1 line instead of 2 lines like the other 2 posts. Looks like the far right post doesn't allow comments. 🙂
Not that really matters, but if you want to have everything aligned on hover, you have to make sure that on all posts shown on the page as recent articles besides the 180 characters that you select, the post title and post meta should also align (be on the same number of lines) on all 3 posts.

ParticipantI think we've tried that little detail but will take another look. I wish it wasn't this touchy to set up. Standby…

ParticipantGood clue sdbroker however I have now changed the one post of RECENT ARTICLES on the homepage that is farthest right to now accept comment and so the number of lines in the title and meta are the same and it still chops off the hover some. Moreover, the featured post at issue on the far right has more text, FAR more than 180 characters. So shouldn't this one NOT have any problem? I've exhausted what I think are all the little variations like this, having to do with title, meta, and text character count, as well as having photos or no photos, and I can't find any rhyme or reason as to why it chops off the hover state, and it isn't the far right one, for example, if I move that one to the far left or middle it still does the same thing. Some posts do not get the same treatment and there must be a reason as to why.

MemberYou know what? It really doesn't make sense to me at least! I went to see your site on Firebug and I changed the font-size for the body around line 149 on the style sheet and it worked fine for anything other than the
font-size: 1.6rem;
that is currently set. Try changing that font-size to either 1.5rem or 1.7rem. Be careful though with what setting you put in there as this is a global setting and it will change the size on the whole body.I know that it doesn't make sense but if you want it to look the way you want to... it works. Personally I don't mind the way it is now and I wouldn't change it...

MemberOn this site: http://www.stefanosalexiou.com/ I use the same fonts that the theme came with and it works fine on the 1.6rem size. For some reason that I don't understand the "cora" fonts that you use on the theme it doesn't work.

ParticipantCool, thanks sdbroker for that tip. I'll check it out. Other than that, I'll just have to create featured posts that work there, and place them there by post types order. Yah, maybe it is Cora. I'll try changing the font family to see what that does too. Thanks again!

ParticipantChanging line-height, font-size, length of post title, as well as post meta, can all affect the size of the hover block. I now suggest sticking with the same featured posts for this area for longer periods of time unless you want to go tweaking these factors that affect the hover block.
