How would I go about getting my After Entry widget to display an entry similar to the following after each portfolio project page or a blog entry.

Hi there,

You can use Inspect Element on Carrie's posts and reverse engineer the CSS needed to achieve that look. A tutorial, that includes a video on styling in your browser is here:

Also, she's using Jetpack for her share buttons.
