I am doing a local dev using Agency and I would like to create a page that has a background image with parallax scrolling (just like the home page of Minimum) that continues down to the page's main content.

How would I go about doing this?

Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Doesn't the latest version of Agency have this same effect?

I have clients that are looking for the parallax scrolling effect that segments different images and moves them at different speeds as you scroll down the page.

i.e. http://coffeeandcream.ocholabs.com/wp/

It sure would be nice for Studiopress to create a Genesis child theme with this. Or at least provide some information or a resource on how to add this functionality to any of their new themes.
