On this staging site, the logo on the homepage is over this header video area

I am trying to determine where to place this same image so that it is displayed on the portfolio pages which are being used as standard sub-pages here - an example: http://amp.reteachmedia.com/portfolio/pre-painted-steel/

Thanks for any advice, it is much appreciated.
