    I've been struggling with figuring out how to add additional content to a blog page and finally was given a link to this tutorial, which was super easy and helped a lot.

    However, it shows up as TITLE > CONTENT > BLOG POSTS.

    What if I wanted it to be TITLE (or other content) > BLOG POSTS > CONTENT?
    I'm assuming it's an easy thing to do, but I'm pretty new to WordPress and not terribly adept at PHP yet beyond copy/paste and some minor modifications.

    I tried changing the priority to a higher number, but that results in the title and the content being placed below the blog posts.

    Is there a way to have a page that contains the following:

    TITLE > BLOG POSTS > CONTENT

    or

    CONTENT > BLOG POSTS > CONTENT

    I've tried a plugin for this, but it seems to strip out the featured image. 🙁

    Okay, I finally pieced together the puzzle. I was told I'd need to unhook the title and add it separately; however, I don't know how to do any of that yet! So I went back to the plugin route and via a variety of tutorials, code snippets, and the Codex, I was able to get the featured images working the same as they were using the blog template. Yay!

    Plugin = Posts in Page
