    Right now my After Entry widget shows up after all regular posts, but not after any of my custom post types. Is there a way to turn this on so it appears everywhere? Thanks.

    Hi,

    It's fairly easy to add the after entry widget. Here I wrote a tutorial to help you out: How to Add the Genesis After Entry Widget to All Custom Post Types.

    Cheers,

    Thanks for your help. I was able to get it working with a very similar adjustment. Child Theme (enterprise-pro) --> functions.php, starting in this case on line 72. I just added another if statement:

    //* Hook after post widget after the entry content
    add_action( 'genesis_after_entry', 'enterprise_after_entry', 5 );
    function enterprise_after_entry() {

    	if ( is_singular( 'post' ) )
    		genesis_widget_area( 'after-entry', array(
    			'before' => '<div class="after-entry widget-area">',
    			'after'  => '</div>',
    		) );

    	if ( is_singular( 'book' ) ) //name of your custom post type here
    		genesis_widget_area( 'after-entry', array(
    			'before' => '<div class="after-entry widget-area">',
    			'after'  => '</div>',
    		) );

    }

    I had the same issue and got this working on Enterprise Pro. Thanks tomatillodesign and Tonya. What I don't understand is why it doesn't work by default. Does the framework exclude CPT's by default?

    Thanks
