    Hi,

    We like to add a custom sidebar on the author archive page. So when you click the author name at a post, you get the page with more posts of that author. We like a custom sidebar on that page. I assume you need to add a supportline in the functions.php  to get the dropdown on the user profile page - that's the only place I can think off you can pick the sidebar for that page.

    But what is the line to add support for the simple sidebar there? We already use the Genesis SImple Sidebars plugin.
