    Surprisingly, I can not see Add New Post, Page buttons not visible. Could anyone please let me know how to fix the problem. I am unable to add any content.

    Troubleshooting 101:

    Deactivate your plugins to rule out a conflict?
    Does that resolve the issue? If yes, you have a plugin conflict.

    If no, go to step 2:
    Activate a default WordPress theme (such as TwentyTwenty).
    Does that resolve your issue? If yes, then there may be an issue with the theme you are using or the version of the Genesis Framework you are using.

    If neither of those steps resolves your issue, talk to your hosting company, and see if they made any updates, especially if this is a new issue.

    Make sure your PHP version is the correct version. Also, if this persists, it could be that some file permissions have not been set properly.
