Hi,

I'm having problems adding manual excerpts to a portfolio page in the Pretty Creative theme. The theme support team referred me to this tutorial but it didn't work http://www.shilling.id.au/2012/10/22/genesis-framework-how-to-show-experts-or-full-content-on-archive-pages/

The Blog page shows manual excerpts so I assume the excerpts got removed for the Portfolio page but I can't figure out how.

Any help with this would be appreciated.

If the Genesis > Theme Settings > Content Archive settings are set to show excerpts, then your CPT archive should also display excerpts unless the archive file contains code which modifies or removes the content.
