    Hi there - I'm customizing the Lifestyle theme for a client (mimicing another theme that doesn't work on Genesis and needs some more functionality that Genesis has). One of the things I'm trying to do is add a logo png to the top left hand corner that will float over any header images and appear to drop down over the navigation bar.

    Here's the example of what I'm trying to do: http://stxenvironmental.org/wp/

    Here is my sandbox site: http://sea.cindyleighdesign.com/ (in progress!)

    Any ideas on how I can add the logo image as in the first link? Can I add some css coding to the navigation menu like I do with Font Awesome? Should it be coded in as a loop?

    Any help is MUCH appreciated!!

    Here's the code from the old site:

    position: absolute;
    top: 5px;
    z-index: 500;
    padding-left: 15px;

    You could hook it in to the header or nav menu and then position it.

    Thanks Brad! Just to clarify though... do you mean just add that into the CSS code? or when you say Hook it, are you referring to also adding a hook into the functions.php?
