    I already have a home widget on the page that I admin that I have the slider in. Ideally, I would like to add another widget below the static post on the front page that would contain a few small videos side by side. Could someone let me know what the code would be to add the widget below the content? Thanks!

    You'll have to create a new widget area, and then drop a text/html box into the new widget area and style it with CSS. I'm not very experienced with coding, it's been a long time. But the widget area is the first place to start.

    Thanks. I know there is specific coding for placement, so I'm not going to play around with it.

    I need to add an additional home page widget to a site, just below the static page content. I want to display 2 columns in th widget which will contain 4 videos. Can someone please give me the instructions on how to do it. I had found a tutorial on adding duplicate widgets, but since the Genesis Child Theme does not have a home/php page, I could not add the additional code to make it work. Does anyone have any ideas?

    This should help. http://www.studiopress.community/topic/align-you-tube-video-on-page/#post-107660

    You may need to change the hook position and conditional tag.

    Use:

    is_home()

    or

    is_front_page()
