I created a Soccer-Page in Genesis for my company. But it looks like SEO is very bad since then.
I used toolbox theme before but that is more worse.
After installing Genesis I used in Google Webmaster tools the "fetch as google" function and "submit to index" could it be that google is punishing me for this?

Genesis's inbuilt SEO is awesome itself, so you may not want to tinker with webmaster directly. I never did it and our company's website (News Portal) is running fine and with a good rankings.
