I've just launched a site using the Agency theme with quite a bit of modification.
When I view it on my smartphone or resize the browser, none of the responsive changes are happening. I added a bit of code to make the header image resize and that's working, but the menu isn't changing, the big image on the homepage isn't resizing and there's a horizontal scroll. The only thing that seems to be working is that the text itself is resizing to fit the browser.
The whole reason for using this theme - actually, the whole reason for convincing the client to do a complete redesign - was to make the site responsive, so we really need to figure this out.
Any ideas?
thanks,
Beth[Resolved]Topic: Responsive Slider: Show Title and Excerpt on Mobile?
[Resolved]Topic: Outreach child theme, fixed background image
I want to have the background image in the content part not to scroll. If I add the necessary declaration as:
#content {
background: url("images/st-patrick_bg.png") no-repeat scroll center 80px #FFFFFF;
border-radius: 5px 5px 5px 5px;
float: left;
padding: 30px 40px;
width: 450px;}
It places the background image in the horizontal center of the content area. But if I change the scroll to fixed, whether I use center or a pixel value, the positioning is done in the browser window width. You can see the scrolling BG at:

Topic: NextGen Gallery
Hi there,
Just installed the NextGEN gallery plugin, as it allows me to put in a range of pictures, with left & right arrows to scroll and it also allows me to put this in vertically & horizontal.
However, im stuck at the beginning! iv added an image to a gallery and went to choose the page it was to be displayed in but only 2 or 3 pages have een shown and not the one i wanted this to go into.
Also i would want to select my own destination link for each image to go to different pages coudl you tell me where i am going wrong and what to do?
Thanks
John
So this is a weird one for me. I'm a novice, so maybe this is an easy fix, but for some reason when I make my browser window smaller than the entire width of my site (so you can only see half the sidebar), if I scroll back to the right (as if to look at something on the sidebar), there's nothing there. It looks like my background is somehow overlapping my sidebar, but I don't know where to diagnose this. Maybe it's a weird responsive design thing? Any help is appreciated.
